Aircraft Dispatch Fundamentals is the first in a two course sequence of Aircraft Dispatch oriented courses that lead to FAA Aircraft Dispatch Certification. This course provides an overview of aerodynamics, navigation, weather theory and forecasting, and flight planning. Small general aviation aircraft are used as examples in the course. This is an RATP approved course. Prereq: 2100 or 2150; 2300; and permission of instructor.
