The course introduces students to key concepts in financial management, including capital budgeting, the valuation of projects and companies, methods for determining the cost of capital, capital structure and payout policies, securities issuance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Prereq: Admission to the Finance Honors Program, and a CPHR of 3.5 or above.
