Examines intersections of race, ethnicity, and gender diversity in various sites within American culture (e.g., legal system, civil rights discourse, social justice movements). Prereq: One course in CompStd, WGSSt, or AfAmASt. Not open to students with credit for AfAmAst 4921 or WGSSt 4921. Cross-listed in AfAmASt and WGSSt.
