Introduction to Fiction

Examination of the elements of fiction -- plot, character, setting, narrative, perspective, theme, etc. -- and their various interrelations; comparisons with nonfictional narrative may be included. Prereq: English 1110.xx; or GE foundation writing and info literacy course. Not open to students with credit for 2261H.
