Students will practice skills related to scholarly and industry communications for engineering. Topics include reading and analyzing scholarly articles; organizing and writing abstracts and research papers; strategies for problem definition, citation conventions, preparing papers for publication, developing and delivering effective presentations appropriate to scholarly and industry audiences. Prereq: Grad standing in Engineering. Repeatable to a maximum of 6 cr hrs.
