Alternative Packaging for a Greener Planet

This Sustainability course focuses on the dependence of humans on earth and environmental systems through the lens of alternative packaging. Plastic packaging accounts for >30% of global plastic consumption. Sustainable alternatives to current packaging methods are urgently needed. This course addresses sustainability through the dimensions of engineering, technology, and design. Prereq: Soph, Jr, or Sr standing.
