A study of the causes, conduct, and consequences of World War II, with a particular emphasis on chancing conceptions of citizenship. In many ways, the war was used as a tool to define what it was to be a nation and a citizen of that nation, and what that meant for each country?s interests around the world when those ideals clashed.
