How should we navigate questions of identity in the world of cognitive and mood enhancing drugs? Where do we draw the line on 'smart drugs' for intellectual endeavors or the use of performance enhancing drugs in athletic pursuits? More broadly, we will debate whether and how as a society we might enact particular restraints on our pursuit of human enhancements.
