Introduction to psychological processes for producing and understanding speech, the means by which these processes arise in the child, and their bases in the brain. Prereq: Honors standing, and 1100 (100), 1100H (100H), Ling 2000 (Linguist 201), 2000H (200H), or 4000 (601); or permission of instructor. Not open to students with credit for 3371 (371), 371H, Ling 3701 (Linguist 371), or 3701H (371H). Cross-listed in Ling 3701H.
