This course equips students with an in-depth understanding of civil liberties and rights during a time of swift technological transformation. We will explore what it means to be a citizen in the age of artificial intelligence and how technological transformations can either uphold or challenge core constitutional protections. Key focal points include surveillance, algorithmic bias, and free speech.
