Provides a high-level understanding of budgeting processes at all levels of government and in the nonprofit sector, as well as the fundamentals of public budgeting from the perspective of a practitioner. Reviews basic methods for public sector budgeting and analysis. Prereq: Econ 2001.01, 2001.02, or 2001.03.
