Provides students with foundational tools & conceptual frameworks for effective & culturally responsive, anti-oppressive, & anti-racist social work practice with vulnerable individuals, communities, & groups with an understanding of historical & contemporary disadvantage. Students will be introduced to relevant theoretical frameworks & the significance of diversity & cultural responsiveness. Prereq: Grad standing in Social Work. Not open to students in the following subplans: ASP, ASF, ASP/ONL, ASF/ONL.
