The course is to provide you with a survey of the neurological components relevant to the professions of audiology and speech-language pathology. This will involve instruction on the nervous system at the cellular and tissue levels, the peripheral nervous system, the spinal cord, and the brain. Key structures involved in speech, language, and hearing will be discussed. Prereq: Biology 1101 or above.
