Intended to be primarily discussion based & academically challenging. Increase problem solving & written/oral communication skills. Challenge students to think in ways they may have never thought before whilst the objectives are to further develop the student's critical thinking skills, grit, perseverance, resourcefulness, confidence, cognitive skills and the ability to collaborate and innovate. Prereq: Enrollment in MHRM program. Repeatable to a maximum of 3 cr hrs.
