Get ready to read until your eyeballs fall out! Get ready to be in a state of confusion! A million books to read every week, time-wasting assignments, entirely subjective reasoning, not open to feedback, terrible at responding to emails, confusing expectations for assignments, minimal to 0 rubrics, and overall, a headache at best. AVOID

Everyone in the class felt like a disturbance to Patricia. The course is very unorganized and all over the place. We spent more time doing elementary activities than we did learning anything. At the end of the semester she throws multiple essays on you that are worth more than 50% of your grade. There is no room for interpretation. AVOID!

This professor contributes little meaningful information during lectures. Asks an insane amount from students - for a 3-credit hour class, we had minimum 25 pages of final papers. Unfortunately each final paper has changed many times in requirements and due dates, and are still incredibly unclear. Zero organization. High expectations.

She drops 25 pages of essays (all not related to each other) in the last few weeks of class, and had very few examples of what she wanted in the essay or how to format it. She is a nice person, but she doesn't seem to know how much work we have at the end of the semester with other classes. (Class taken online due to COVID)

60% of the grade was due the weekend after the final week of class. You could pull an A all quarter but then fail the class after the quarter was over.
