  My spanish was forced to dramatically improve. Class was online, and we were on Zoom the entirety of the class, but it went by pretty fast because of how much participation required. You have to come to class prepared, yes because of the intense amount of homework she gives, but because she will call of you individually to answer her questions.

  Lots of long assignments- nice for practice but amount can get overwhelming. During class she would randomly call on people- can be a bit intimidating and she doesn't try to help when getting stuck while speaking. She is nice and is helpful when working one on one with her, but be ready for lots of group work and participating in front of class.

  I will say I learned a lot in her class, and I got a good grade. But the amount of homework was 10x the amount of any of my stem classes, the way she lectures is okay some days, but awful 99% of the time. You have to learn every classmates name, if you miss 2 classes your grades drops 1% after each miss, and you always work w a different person.

  She is very, very sweet, but she is very passionate about Spanish. She will hold you to a high standard, but it ultimately benefits you as a student.
